KENNA BROOKS (fae/she), LPCC-S

  Kenna Brooks, LPCC‑S, is a dedicated and compassionate clinician committed to empowering individuals, couples, and families through evidence‑based, culturally responsive mental health care. As a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor with a Supervisory endorsement, Kenna brings a depth of clinical expertise shaped by years of direct practice, advanced training, and a genuine passion for helping clients create meaningful change.


Kenna earned her Master’s in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Wright State University, where she developed a strong foundation in trauma‑informed care, human development, and integrative therapeutic approaches. She is currently advancing her clinical and academic expertise by pursuing a Ph.D. in Counselor Education and Supervision at The University of the Cumberlands. Her doctoral work reflects her commitment to shaping the future of the counseling profession through leadership, research, and the training of emerging clinicians.


In her clinical practice, Kenna is known for her warm, grounded presence and her ability to create a safe, collaborative environment where clients feel seen, supported, and empowered. She specializes in working with individuals navigating trauma, identity development, life transitions, and relational challenges. Her approach blends evidence‑based modalities with a holistic understanding of each client’s lived experience, cultural context, and personal strengths.


As a supervisor and mentor, Kenna is deeply invested in fostering ethical, reflective, and socially conscious counseling professionals. She believes in the transformative power of therapeutic relationships and is committed to providing care that honors each client’s story, resilience, and capacity for growth.

KAYCEE BROOKS (she/they), CLIENT ADVOCATE

  Kaycee Brooks is a dedicated Client Advocate whose work is rooted in compassion, empowerment, and a deep commitment to equity for LGBTQ+ individuals and other marginalized communities. With a Bachelor of Science in Psychology, Kaycee brings a strong academic foundation to her advocacy, blending psychological insight with lived experience and a passion for social justice.


  Kaycee has spent her career supporting LGBTQ+ clients—particularly transgender and gender‑diverse individuals—by helping them navigate systems, access affirming resources, and feel genuinely seen within therapeutic and community spaces. Her approach is grounded in cultural humility, trauma awareness, and a belief that every person deserves safety, dignity, and the freedom to live authentically.


As a Client Advocate, Kaycee serves as a bridge between clients and the services they need, offering guidance, emotional support, and practical assistance. She is known for her warm presence, deep listening, and unwavering dedication to creating inclusive environments where clients feel respected and empowered.


Beyond her direct work with clients, Kaycee is an active voice for LGBTQ+ rights and mental health accessibility. She collaborates with community organizations, contributes to educational initiatives, and advocates to reduce stigma through public education.
